Who Am I?

I’m Dev Partangel, also known as Paneer Paws! I’m an illustrator based in Virginia. I am also the Founder/Chair of Richmond Fur Fair! I create art to bring joy to all who see it.

I specialize in merchandise design, and I have a successful independent merchandise business. I am open to work involving promotional material, merchandise design, key art, sticker/keychain design, or album covers. My work is also available at Delusion RVA!
